Refund and Returns Policy

PLAYHAUS CORPORATION, doing business as playhaus.tv (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”), offers a hassle-free return and refund policy for eligible items. This Policy outlines the conditions under which you (“you” or the “customer”) may return an item purchased on playhaus.tv and receive a refund.

Return Window:

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items purchased on playhaus.tv within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds:

• Opened or Used Items: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
• Perishable Items: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for perishable items, such as food or drink products.
• Downloadable Products: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for downloadable products, such as digital games or e-books.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Late or Missing Items:

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at (313) 213-3473 or by email at anon@playhaus.io to report the issue. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a full refund.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day return window at (313) 213-3473 or by email at anon@playhaus.io with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a return authorization number (RAN). Please write the RAN clearly on the outside of your return package.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your protection.

4. Return Address: Please return the item(s) to the following address:

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria outlined in this Policy, we will process your refund within 60 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please Note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns at our sole discretion if we believe that a customer is abusing our return policy.
