April Fool’s is barely a week away, and it’s feeling more like a fresh start than a rug pull. Our investor conversations continue to be enlightening—plenty of product feedback and the consistent message: “show us more growth.”
Our north star remains clear: transform our current product into a self-serve MVP by summer. That’s when we’ll ramp up our Agency’s outbound sales efforts.
Why the measured pace? I’m still wearing multiple hats—leading sales, client delivery, and engineering—making it challenging to excel at all simultaneously. But two-week sprint cycles keep us moving forward.
That said, customers trump investors any day. Know a business owner burning through $5k+ monthly on Google or Facebook ads? We can make a significant impact on their bottom line.

So what will it take to get the current version of our product (which is live) to be a real self serve MVP?
Since we’ve last spoken we’ve furthered our project management tool, and are currently executing against our growth strategies with it. We’ve also integrated CRM/PoS audience intelligence pipelines that read in your audience members from Mailchimp, & WooCommerce in addition to the performance analytics that drive growbot. This is a step towards building growbot’s audience manager, which will leverage existing customer data, known industry trends, and the brand’s voice to generate ICP’s to acquire in campaigns.
But we still need to integrate Stripe payments so that our users can subscribe to the tool, as well as set up an onboarding flow to help users setup their accounts initially. We feel confident that these product features will come together by May, June time period.
While I’m sure to a lot of outsiders, and maybe even some insiders, it looks like we are getting organized for the first time and setting a clear vision. I personally just feel that I can finally turn all the spreadsheets I use to run the business into our actual product after all these years, and clearly communicate the clear vision goals and milestones, we’ve been tracking towards since the beginning.
All this organizational improvements couldn’t come at a better time, not only is the business growing from payouts on our latest contracts, and clearing the last of our past debts, we have been rehiring some of our growth contractors back, and I am starting to get access to engineering resources as well. And our team is dogfooding this product, and will continue to use it more, as it becomes more robust.

The feeling of some hard earned financial security starting to come into the business, at the same time our product and teams are coalescing, is unreal. I can actively feel my daily job becoming easier as these automations make their way into the platform. But the knowing I can also finally take a check and pay into my family’s mortgage is what i’m most grateful for. Stay tuned. I’ll do a deeper dive into finances and growth, a reflection on Q1 early next month.

As a final note on our Pre-Seed Fundraise led by the Missouri Technology Corporation last October, we ended up getting to follow on conversations with 6 funds, but were unable to secure an additional $150k to close our round. With the investment terms expiring in a week, we find it unlikely we’ll find an investor ready to pull trig. So we’ll be putting a pause on our fundraising efforts for the next 12-18 months as we bootstrap the product to market fit from our existing cashflow; looking to raise when we cross the $100k / threshold. We know 10x’ing is ambition, but we are now an agency business WITH our automation & intelligence software, and that will be the key difference.

Despite all the positive news, adoption, and promotion by legacy financial and political systems, the larger headwinds are waying down the overall market.
We can see that solutions with clear value propositions & use cases, outside of financial speculation, are weathering better than the projects that do
AFTER THOUGHTS
Rumors of a Solana ETF have been on the horizon for over a year. Speculation around a Delaware Corporation formed in the name of Solana Fidelity was confirmed to be in preparation of the upcoming offering from the wealth management provider, Fidelity, with $5T in assets under management.
